Annalise is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Chef who studied at Mount Madonna Institute in the Santa Cruz Mountains. She guides individuals to discover their unique nature and how to come back into balance through the ancient practices of ayurveda and yoga, including diet, lifestyle, and herbs. She has discovered great healing through the embodiment of the five elements in her everyday life and it is her deep passion to share knowledge, experience, and wisdom.

Corbin Skyberg

The Way of nourishment has invoked curiosity and excitement in my being since youth. In the journey from soil to plate, nutritive essence comes in a myriad of expressions and sensations. Each dish is imbued with the spirit of the Farmer, Chef, and the many beings in between. Weaving the principles of CHI Gung & Classical Chinese Medicine into food cultivation and preparation, creating food that nourishes beyond the tissues and organs of the body.
